So, uh, good night, I guess.
Yeah, um, good night.
We like Steve. But we don’t love Steve. What? No, we I mean, I do. There it is, ladies and germs, the second lie of the evening.
Come on. Has he ever done anything with you that you actually like?
Tell your mother she’s gotta get you outta that hellhole. Come out here to the city. People are more real here, you know?
happy mother’s day to joyce byers, the best mother in the entire universe.
What’s your thoughts on Jonathan being Best Big Brother Ever™️ bc I love him to death
Jonathan is a fantastic big brother! He’s so dedicated to his family and would do anything for them. I really hope we get to see more Will and Jonathan interactions next seasons because they were really separated last season.
Do you think Nancy will have a steady relationship with Jonathan next season? First season we had a rocky relationship, second season it was still rocky and they broke up. Will Nancy ever be happy? My poor daughter tbh
It really depends on what direction the show wants to take them. Jonathan and Nancy seem pretty endgame so they might be okay next season or have minimal drama, considering that’s been a major part of Nancy’s story in both seasons they might want to move away from that in season three. That being said in my opinion I don’t think Nancy is ready to be in a relationship, she doesn’t have the emotional maturity to be able to deal with her own issues as well as supporting her significant other. I feel like a lot of people forget she’s seventeen so she can’t really be expected to handle her trauma in a mature and productive way. The only reason her and Steve stayed together was because Nancy was using him and the normalcy of their relationship as a way of ignoring her trauma. Yes I think Nancy and Jonathan could be good for each other but Nancy’s happiness is really a matter of her learning to cope with her guilt and trauma in a healthy way and only then will she be able to have a beneficial romantic relationship. We see Nancy move towards this in season 2 with her taking action against the lab and Jonathan’s willingness to help her certainly points to them having a mutually healing relationship. But their inability to be open and communicate with each other in the first half of the season definitely indicates a level of immaturity that will either be expanded upon next season or disappear as they mature and learn to more effectively deal with their emotions. It could really go either way depending on what the Duffers decide to do with their relationship.
I’m staying in bed mom, it’s too peopley out there.
